  • PTO paid for instructional aids positions that district was unable to fund.
  • PTO paid for irrigations system for the plants in kindergarten playground
  • PTO paid for watering system for plants in main play area.
  • PTO paid for supplies for all classrooms.
  • PTO paid for computer software to be used by all students in computer lab.
  • PTO paid for classroom sets of books to be stored in library

HTES PTO Financials


A main focus of the PTO centers on fiscal responsibility. The organization is looked at to provide the funding necessary to maintain certain levels of support for the school staff, purchase items for enhanced learning activities, and fund special events for the school. The majority of these funds come from fundraising events done throughout the year. (click here for a full schedule of planned fundraising events).


This portion of the website is dedicated to disclosure of financial status of the organization, and will include such things as fundraising income/expenses by event, monthly Treasury Reports, and maintenance of a summarization of paid funds requests for the teaching staff throughout the year.
