What is GL Scrip??? The GL Scrip program allows you to purchase gift cards from a variety of merchants/stores where you already shop, with HTES PTO getting a percentage of the sale... over $3000 was received for 2007-08 school year! When you purchase Scrip, you’re purchasing gift cards that are used just like cash. You can use Scrip to purchase everyday expenses like apparel, electronics, office supplies, entertainment, gas, automotive, groceries, pharmacy, home décor, home improvement, sporting goods, restaurants, date night, gifts, travel, and other essentials. We can potentially earn thousands of dollars from your participation alone. Birthdays and other special occasions are great for giving GL Scrip gift cards. Family members, friends, neighbors and coworkers can place an order. Ordering is now quick, easy and convenient.
How does the program work??? There are two easy ordering options:
- Place your order directly at www.shopwithscrip.com and enter HTES code #25EC8LLC124L7. You will have an opportunity to pay for your order through the “PrestoPay” option or just print out the completed order and include your cash, check or credit card number in an envelope addressed to: “PTO GL Scrip”; or
- Complete the order form provided (including phone and email), enclose payment (see above) and return to the school labeled “PTO GL Scrip”.
Orders will be closed immediately after 9am to ensure prompt delivery. Scrip cards are received five to six days after orders are processed. You will be notified as soon as the cards arrive. Your order can be sent home with the eldest child at HTES (only with your authorization) or picked up promptly from the front office. If there is a last-minute change, and a card that you have ordered is unavailable, we will email (or phone) you with the following choices:
- You can choose another card at the same $ value; or
- We will put a refund check for the card value amount with the rest of your order.
